Clif Clendenen is running for re-election as your 2nd District Supervisor
The Committee to Re-Elect Clendenen Opens Office and Names Campaign Co-Chairs
Campaign Co-Chairs are Kent and Teri Bradshaw, Jon Sapper, and Mike and Debra Lake. The Bradshaws are long-time Fortuna residents, and Kent is an instructor of law enforcement while Teri is a speech therapist. Jon Sapper was born and raised in Fortuna, is an avid outdoorsman and active in community affairs. The Lakes are Fruitland Ridge residents actively involved with volunteer fire departments, and Mike is a volunteer fire chief and Debra works with the Fire Safe Councils.
“We are proud to be Co-Chairs of Clif’s campaign committee. Having known Clif for the last three decades, one of the things we most appreciate about him is his positive attitude and hard work ethic,” says Bradshaw. “Clif is a man of integrity who quietly digs into the work and gets the job done.”
Jon Sapper, who has known Clif since the two were in first grade, says "Clif has run a private sector business for over 30 years. He is fiscally responsible and I know he will continue to listen to the interests of private property owners who want the right to build on their land, as well as people from the timber, farming and ranching communities who understand the need for available agricultural and resource lands.”
Debra Lake applauded Clendenen’s commitment to get stable funding for rural fire departments. “Clif understands the complexity of the issues and works step by step, and in collaboration with others, to help solve problems and get around obstacles,” says Lake.
“I am proud to have these individuals serve as my campaign Co-Chairs and honored by the support they have offered,” says Supervisor Clendenen.
Clendenen’s campaign has welcomed scores of volunteers to its recently opened office at Clendenen Cider Works, 96 12th Street in Fortuna, making use of the facility in its off-season.
